As a virtual assistant, having an easy to use customer relationship management system is key to managing your clients effectively. You may look into tools such as Insightly and others, but have you considered Office 365?
What does it offer?
If you are already on the business premium package, you will know that Microsoft are working hard to enable small business owners, such as VAs, to manage their business easily, and one way in which they are doing this, is through their Outlook Customer Manager feature.
This tool enables you to easily input customer details, as well as when meetings were held, add reminders, as well as sharing customer information with your team so that customers are looked after without unnecessary questions.
Use it on the move
At the moment, there is also an iPhone app, which means you can access all the customer data while on the move, for those of us on Android, I do know that most of the other apps available in the business premium package have an android app, so keep an eye out for this coming soon.
