Today we are in conversation with content design and strategy coach, Claire Lockey. Claire comes from a family of entrepreneurs and knew from an early age she wanted to have a business of her own. After juggling unstable employment, her young son and her side hustle as a VA, Claire decided to take the leap and committed fully to growing her business. She left her part-time job as a career’s advisor, bringing all of her amazing skills and experience with her.
The transition from general VA to niching into organic content strategy and coaching came quickly for Claire and she now helps women tap into their superpower skills to create powerful content that connects with their customers.
In this episode, we get some great advice from Claire on how female business owners can learn to focus on their unique strengths and leverage these personal traits when growing their businesses; how doing the things you love in your business creates a positive work behaviour or ‘flow’, and how this is the essential ‘secret sauce’ for a healthy, happy business.
