Our guest this week is Dinah Tobias of Blooming Menopause. We have a wide-ranging conversation around this topic that is often not discussed. Jo and I chat about where we work best, be that the office, the kitchen table or a coffee shop.
Dinah talks about her previous lives in business, and we learn lots about different aspects of Menopause. Dinah wants to improve resources for Menopause awareness and shares her top tips for coping.
Our Guest - Dinah Tobias
Dinah Tobias set up Blooming Menopause to help organisations create menopause-inclusive workplaces. As an experienced facilitator and mentor, she develops and delivers education and support programmes for managers, employees and those navigating menopause. She is determined to remove the taboo of talking about menopause! Like many, Dinah arrived in peri-menopause knowing very little, which made her journey bewildering, contradictory and a bit of a roller-coaster. With years of experience as a performance business coach, Dinah works with mid-life professionals approaching and navigating menopause to prioritise their wellbeing, find coping strategies and embrace this stage of life at home, at work and in their relationships. Dinah forged her career in marketing and events for corporates and agile start-ups. She has spent the last 16 years launching her own ventures including running leadership forums and supporting business executives to engage, connect and communicate more authentically to create value for their business.
