Show Notes
Welcome to episode 75 – our final episode!
Today we’re talking to mindfulness coach and hypnotherapist Laura Artero. Laura followed her passion for helping people after a ten-year career in advertising. She set up her own business offering hypnotherapy and mindfulness coaching to individuals looking to overcome limiting beliefs and challenges, offering courses, group sessions and 1-2-1 sessions to her clients.
In this intriguing episode, Laura talks us through some techniques we can all try to bring ourselves into the present and quieten the mind. She shares some valuable insights into how the human mind works and how, with less effort than you think, we can move through our mind blocks to lead a more fulfilled and happy life.
If you would like some help in getting started with mindfulness, check out Laura’s free 8 minute guided meditation which you can get hold of by contacting her at mail@lauraartero.com
We also take some time to reflect back on the last 75 episodes as we say goodbye to our listeners on this final show; we celebrate the diverse array of guests we’ve had the pleasure of interviewing and reflect on the journey we’ve been on in the process of producing the show.
Our Guest - Laura Artero
Laura is a hypnotherapist and a mindfulness meditation teacher. She works with people who struggle with self-sabotage, whether this comes as: – believing they’re not good enough, – they’re experiencing anxiety – or they’re afraid of doing something. She helps them transform their inner self-talk using hypnotherapy, mindfulness and self-compassion so that they can do what they’re capable of doing. Imagine feeling less anxious and actually enjoying life. Your life. Speaking in public with confidence, without going blank or blushing. Looking down a skyscraper and enjoying the view. Actually enjoying the holiday. Not sabotaging your best efforts to eat healthily or be confident when driving. Feeling good to be yourself. You can become who you want to be. If your inner dialogue doesn’t let you be who you can be, then I can help.
