In today’s episode, we talk to Pip Doleman from Pip Doleman Virtual Assistant. Pip took the leap into the entrepreneurial world and set up her VA business eighteen months ago, just as the pandemic hit the UK. With 20 years of experience as a PA, Pip knew she was well-placed to support other business owners with their business tasks and used the challenging period of national lockdown to re-train and take the leap into the VA world.
Today Pip has grown a healthy client base and she spends most of her time supporting them with their back-office tasks, social media, and more recently, their online launches – a service that has become the cornerstone of her business.
In today’s episode, Pip shares her advice for new VA’s or those thinking about getting started; how embracing opportunities, coming out of your comfort zone and working with people who share your values are the three key things for success. We also talk about the permanent shift to working from home since the start of the pandemic and how businesses are seeing an increased level of productivity as a result.
Our Guest - Pip Doleman
Hi, I’m Pip, a VA and owner of Pip Doleman Virtual Assistant.
With over 20 years’ PA experience, I set up as a VA in 2020 and help corporates and creatives use their time more effectively by taking on the admin jobs they hate.
From traditional PA tasks to social media support, research, email marketing, customer liaison, and launch support, the work I do behind the scenes for my clients means they can focus on the tasks they love and that see their business thrive.
I’ve helped my clients regain control and bring back a healthier work-life balance. They have the time and headspace needed to move their business forward and the freedom to choose where they focus their time and energy.
