She quickly became aware that she had a natural ability for helping people get the most from their business lives, and so her coaching business was born. Since then, Sara has great success helping midlife business mums find fulfilment and get paid their worth whilst doing what they love.
Today Sara talks about why it’s important to define the exact type of clients you want to work with and how perfecting and fine-tuning your message to speak directly to these ideal clients is the key to long term success.

Sara spent 20 years in the corporate world, managing relationships, projects and a family! She took a leap of faith and left before she woke up and realised she’d missed the most fun years of her boys’ lives. Using her years of sales and relationship management experience Sara now helps midlife Mums growing online coaching or therapy businesses to connect with and convert their ideal, high ticket, clients with ease.
Sara creates a very personalised experience to support her clients. She works on a one-to-one basis for either 12 or 20 weeks. The hour-long coaching sessions are bespoke to your needs and the results you are looking to achieve, sometimes they are strategy-based, others can be more mindset focused.
The coaching experience is supported by an extensive resource library, where there is in excess of 30 hours of video training, templates and worksheets covering everything from creating goals that really move you, to client attraction techniques, sales training and even how to use technology to support scaling your business.
You will also be in constant contact with Sara using a messenger and voice note facility, meaning you are never left with that niggling question as she’s on hand 6 days a week as the fellow CEO, cheerleader and motivator in your pocket at all times.
