Our Guest - Zelica Jones
I’m Zelica Jones and I started VASS in 2014 after working as a Bookkeeper and Operations Manager for over 15 years. Having worked only for small businesses, I have been able to gain valuable skills and experience in many areas of business. I have worked at companies such as Architects, Event Planners, Insolvency Practitioners, Web Designers and an Environmental Charity, for example, so i am used to working with different characters and on varied tasks. Working in small businesses means that regularly, you are never just doing “your job” or doing what you are paid to do. You have to have a can do attitude and help out wherever is needed. I wanted small business owners to feel like they had that kind of level of back office support.
